2nd TG War ID: Maru Kazeryu

Note 1: Depending on what form(male or female) Maru is in is how he/she chooses to attack. As a male, he fights with a weapon more often than magic. As a female, she fights with magic more than any weapon. Both forms can use weapons and magic, each form just uses one style over the other

Note 2: Wind element only. He can't use any sort of water or fire or other types of magic, only wind

Note 3: Hinomori will also be joining the war just as last time, however this time she is merely the "item" used to transform opponents, and will not directly participate in any other part of the war.
